bySurf TV uses open-source software, third-party services, and licensed assets. This page lists attributions and licenses for components we rely on. Video documentaries and original bySurf branding remain the property of bySurf Studios unless otherwise noted.

1. Fonts

Used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Copyright © The Inter Project Authors.

Roboto Mono

Used under the Apache License 2.0. Copyright © Google LLC.

Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts. See Google’s privacy policy for information about font delivery.

2. Icons and UI graphics

Bootstrap Icons

Inline SVG icons throughout the site are from Bootstrap Icons, licensed under the MIT License. Copyright © 2019–2024 The Bootstrap Authors.

Playlist icon (Noun Project)

The playlist toggle icon is based on “Video Playlist” from The Noun Project. Please refer to the applicable Noun Project license terms for that asset.

Supabase JavaScript Client (@supabase/supabase-js)

Used under the MIT License. Copyright © Supabase.

Mux Player (@mux/mux-player)

Used for video playback. Licensed under the MIT License. Copyright © Mux, Inc.

Libraries are delivered via jsDelivr where applicable.

4. Backend and infrastructure services

The following third-party services power bySurf TV. They are governed by their own terms and licenses:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and edge functions.
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Mux — video hosting and streaming.
• Cloudflare R2 — media asset storage and delivery.

5. Data and exchange-rate APIs

• open.er-api.com — public exchange-rate data for localized price estimates.
• ipwho.is / ipapi.co — approximate country lookup from IP address for currency display.

Use of these APIs is subject to the respective provider terms.

6. Social and brand assets

Discord, YouTube, and other third-party logos or icons may appear as links or buttons. These are trademarks of their respective owners. bySurf TV is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms unless explicitly stated.

7. Your content

Comments, display names, and avatars you upload remain your responsibility. You must only upload material you have the right to use.
